 ultrasounds and pathology results  

 

Go there in the first instance for information about yourself

It is possible to get information out of storage but this all takes time PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED REQUEST FORM AND INSTRUCTIONS

 

All records ARE NOW IN storage
